Ok so i have right now a set of cdt hd 6.5 upfront and they dont seem to be loud enough for me i have heard that the boston z6 are pretty awesome. and i found somewhere where i could get them for $340. so i was thinking of doin 2 sets of z6 instead of 2 sets of hds but i personally havnt heard the z6s and i want killer midbass so does anyone have any input on the difference in these 2 speakers. also i tried searching for this but what are the best tweeters that you could buy? because i want an extra set of tweeters for each set of comps your input is greatly appretiated

I'm blown away that those speakers are not loud enough. Do you have the gains high enough? are you considered legally deaf? My alpine type-x's are unbearably loud when they are cranked, I would vote getting a bigger amp before new speakers.
