Clarion VRX935VD mp3 filename

Hey everyone.......I am hoping that someone here can assist me. I have looked everywhere and cannot find an answer.

My problem is this.......I have a Clarion VRX935VD and when I play an mp3 cd and hit "menu", the menu only shows the filename/folder having 8 characters. For example, the song "Cry me a river" looks like "CRY_ME_A".

I burn my cds using Nero Express and I check the "Check Joliet filenames before burning" checkbox so I am not sure why it cuts the other characters off.

Another thing is when I change the display, it shows the full ID3 tag......but only when I hit "menu" to browse my directories/songs does it show the 8 char limit.

Hopefully someone can tell me what software or settings I need to use to view the full filename.

I dont know man, my 835 displays the full title, or artist or mp3 file name
