I baught a used 20" red neon light to go over my pedals in my car for nyte time. The cig. adapter works but it doesn't stay in so well beacuse the tabs are kinda used. Is there a way to stretch these tabs and make a tighter install so it won't fall out when I hit a hot hole?

Thanx

Just cut the cord to the cigarette lighter adaptor and splice a longer cord onto the ends of

the one u cut, and hook it directly to your battery. You can add a switch to it to turn it on and

off. Use ya imagination! Your problem is very minor and an easy fix!!!//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif

Originally posted by strictly SQ 2 i have an easier on... plug ground into ground.. then the power into your remote wire from your headunit.. then voila.. when you turn on your headunit.. the neon turns on..thats your switch right there..

im sure that kind of drain from your remote wire isnt good for your h/u....i wouldnt advise it....
