Oh crud... dad is cooking again. Ham steaks, coated in syrup so it can boil in it in the oven. A dozen eggs scrambled then plopped in a pan full of cooking oil, apparently to deep fry the eggs. Little weird potato cubes, not hash browns also dumped in a pan to be deep fried in Wesson. Now couple that with he overcooks everything and supper is not gonna be good tonight.

I just had to let the department supervisor go. Now I have to hire a new one. It really sucked. I really liked that guy.

I just had to let my department supervisor go. Now I have to find another. It pays $100k a year, so it will bring a lot of applicants. Problem is, most of them will be a bunch of "Robs," so it will be hard to find someone who is qualified.

I just threw my clothes in the dryer and tossed in a dryer sheet... as I was walking back in the main house I smelled the dryer sheet. Nah, could just be the nose messing with me again. So I smelled the box. I could smell the sheets!! Then I could smell my cologne, the supper we just ate, my armpit spray. My smell came back literally all at once!!! I can smell again... I need a shower!!!

Man, I am still looking at motorcycles. Every time I think I have my mind made up I see another bike that tickles my fancy. Anything from the 400cc ZX4RR to the MT-03, the R3, R7, MT-07, M109R, Warrior 1700, to the Kawasaki ZRX1100R and ZRX1200R. There are at least a dozen other older bikes I would happily ride. I am not an HD fan at all. Nor do I care for full dresser bikes.

Here is the 2001 Kawasaki ZRX1200R One of my favorite bikes of all time. The other, the Honda CB1000F. I think I like it because it reminds me of the Kawasaki. Beautiful retro bikes.

I strongly agree with this! My bikes are twice the fun and half the money to run. Cant beat Ferrari performance with Honda civic price.

Ducati diavel and indian pursuit. 2 different bikes, 2 different jobs.

My FiiO M11S HiRes audio player decided that because I am an idiot and like to leave it in the car on 100°f+ days that it would put on some weight... well rather it decided to swell the battery and pop the back of the device off. Luckily there is one country we can depend on to make literally everything and is happy to take our money. China was the only location that has a replacement battery. So AliExpress it is!! Cost, under $18 shipped.

Simple removal though. Pop the back off, it's just thin gummy adhesive. One plug for the battery and gently pry it out. New one should slide right in and all should be well. Same exact specs as the battery coming out.

Next paycheck I think I will get a Google Pixel 10 Pro XL. I could get the 11 but it looks like the only difference is a status LED on the back that has but only two functions. I think I will save a few hundred and get the 10. Obsidian color of course.
