Chase Mortgage raising bill payments each month?

A family member of mine is having problems with Chase raising her payments every month for her other home. I'm talking raised by hundreds of dollars... she pays them on time then get a bill that is two hundred more than normal.

I'm wondering what would be the best way to settle this? She is already always on the phone with them. It's getting ridiculous.

Refinance to a flat interest rate. That floating shit is for retards.

If a home is already payed for and you took out an equity loan on another home can they take the one that's paid for?

lol i work in the mortgage servicing industry, theres a logical explanation and i doubt her payments go up each month. my bet is that she pays late each month and she keeps getting late charges.

PS> dont bother refinancing.... no one can right now.... go try and get an auto loan. 800 score will get you a 12% interest rate at best.
