Cdt Fit Me???

Hey, Im planning on purchasing a set of HD62s w/ a 3/4 tweet instead of the 1". My question is: Has anyone gotten these to fit, or know if they do fit, into a 2000 Honda Civic EX (body/holes should be the same from 1996-2000 in a coupe model).

are you asking if the tweeters or the speakers will fit? if you are concerned about the mounting depth of the speakers you can always make wooden baffles out of MDF. i have the hd62's and it came with several different tweeter mounting options, i'm sure one of them will be able to fit or you could make it fit where you need it to be. or you could not worry about that and mount the tweeters in a different location, and leave the stock ones in place but not plugged in.

I was gonna replace the stock locations with the CDTs. Im pretty much wondering about the mids, the tweets I wont' have a problem with, im only worried about the midbass fiting in there
