cda-9815 problem

anyone have problems with the eq and mx buttons on their 9813 or 9815, mine quit working for a few months, then my friend asked if I used it ever and I said it didn't work, pressed it and it did, then a little later( a month or so) it just stoppped again, now that was a month ago and the functions will not work, does anyone know what might be up, thanks

it shouldent be doing that , thats forsure, my 9811 doesent do anything of the sort, maybe somethings loose inside of it? like a bad connection , where did you buy it? from a dealer?

yeah I'm aware it shouldn't be doing that, I bought it when it first came out off of e-bay, so about a year and a half ago and I have just recently had problems with it, so I am also aware that my warranty is old, and would have been done with from any dealer I got it from

nope that's a manfunctional pblm..

best thing to do imo, is find someone who has same unit w/ a warranty and tell them you'll pay for shipping and give me $20 bucks for their time and effort to get you a new one. Basically use their warranty to get you a new one.
