Car Audio Friendly Vehicles

I am looking to buy a truck or hatchback pretty soon and I want something that is easy to install car audio.

This means much depth for speakers and easy to put in the head unit, etc. Car can be new or used.

I tried building door pods and they turned out okay. I'd rather have something I could just add a strong baffle and screw in...something like 3" - 4" deep or something.

Any suggestions?

a 87 nissan 200sx that is what i drive radio is easy has hell lots of mountig depth and its a hatch back also lots of room to run wires and its rwd

I would prefer American as I am more familiar with those mechanically.

Although I'd consider the 240sx, I don't think they cheap with all the people doing that drifting nowadays.

I was considering the Dakota. I want something with somewhat decent fuel economy.

american then ford is ur best bet every thing is just simply bolted and snapped in so easy to take apart

Chevy Blazer or GMC Jimmy, they are pretty easy to install in, even I can do it.

I have a 240SX and a Honda CRX...both are pretty easy to work with.....the Explorers are nice...I also have one of those...but replacing the speaker wire on the front drivers door is He!! besides that its a good vehicle to work on....
