Can my subs handle this ?

I am considering wiring my subs in parallel and I am not sure if they can handle it ? The rms on the subs is 50-200 w @ 4ohms,there is no spec for 2 ohms . I have a RF punch 800.2 amp that says it is 400 x 2 @ 2 ohms . I have 2 Polk GNX 104's . I checked their web site and did not find any answers . Any help would be great .

Ok man here is how your going to need to wire it. I belive your subs are 400 max so you will be pushing them to thier max but should'nt blow em wire them parrlell +s to +s -s to -s and bridge you amp run those wires to to you plus and negitives and turn your gain down to about half way turn on your system and let it play if your subs sound like they are bottoming out turn the gain down even more till it sounds good. Now if it still doesnt turn it off right away dont keep it on too long. I hooked up a guys polk exs which are simalar to yours to an old kicker amp that was 380 watts and that max them pretty easy and that was a 4ohms so you will be sending around you max to each sub i hope you know that so relpy back and tell me how it works out and i will help u more if u need it.//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif

jlman thanks for the help. I kinda thought it would be pushing the limits . I think for now I'll leave things alone . I just got everything hooked up and sounding pretty good . Maybe in a few months I can upgrade the subs and get a cap for my system .
