can i run this amp at .5 ohm?

can i run a rockford fosgate power 1001bd amp at 0.5ohm...i have punch hx2 subs and it says i can run the subs at that but will the amp handle that load??

are your subs dual 2 or dual 4, also what ohm is that amp stable it when it gives its highest rms power(to lazy to look up)
