Can anybody help me identify these Headrest DVD players?

these are in the headrests of a duster that I bought.
I pop a DVD in but says media not recognised.
I’d like to try using USB etc but I need a manual to understand how to format them etc.
No markings on the players etc so wondering if anybody recognises the model?

You should be able to remove it and verify the model and make on the back of the unit out of the casing/plastic casing

Kinda look like aa foreign brand, maybe off of Amazon or?
