In regards to the Cambell's soup bowl, I guess that's the "price of convenience". Personally I try to stay away from those things...

We have this break-man guy that comes around to our work at break and lunch times. You know the guys with the trucks that have the food and stuff? Yeah well of course everything is overpriced in there but lots of people (including myself) buy stuff from him. I try to buy stuff from him as little as possible. On the topic of soup he has these little Campbell's cans of regular and Chunky soup varieties. I think they are like maybe 200mL or something? Anyway he charges like $2 for them. Of course you can buy often buy a whole large can of soup that's like 2x the size for less than that price. So I just bought some of those reuseable/disposable Ziploc storage things in the smaller bowl size and I just dump half a can of soup into one and half a can into another and it works out a lot cheaper like that. And I mean if you don't want to use pre-packaged soups at all, just make your own soup and do the same...

Anyway it's pretty easy to avoid convenience packaged stuff and you end up with better results. Sometimes convenience stuff is okay (particularly when on sale) but it's better to stay away from it IMO.

I've heard of wawa from an acquaintance who lives in philly. He talks about the iced tea, so I assumed that's the only thing they had.
