was trying to pay my cingular bill online, and this is what i see when i try to log on

If you still experience difficulties Click to Chat from 7:00 a.m. - 11:45 p.m. ET for assistance. You may also contact Customer Service at 1-800-331-0500 or dial 611 from your wireless phone.
I get to the GF's house and I just happen to see a bunch of cingular pages in her history.
Makes sense now!
