Do you need special software other than a regular CD burner to burn Cd's that hole like 80+ songs?

umm not really...you need to make an mp3 disc that has the joliet layout or the iso 9996 i think???

its just not drop and drag...look around for the option to make a mp3 readable disc

usually roxio easy cd creator has this option, you can also try nero

if you have a regular CD burner, i'm sure it cam bundled with a software for you to record files into.

MP3 discs are no different from backing up files into CD. All you got to do is to burn it. Simple.

If your songs bitrate is 128kbps, you can fit about 150 songs into a single 700mb disc.

If you have Windows XP, you can select the files, and on the left hand side of the screen there is an option to "Write to CD." Windows Media Player also gives you the ability to burn songs to a CD, but you may have to change a setting that lets you burn it in MP3 format instead of .wav (like a store bought CD and files take up A LOT of room).

Could you be more specific as to where this is?

i think "write to CD" is also on the right click menu. if it's not then make sure you aren't in "classic view" in explorer, it should be fairly obvious.
