It should be cool. RE rates them at 600watts a piece but that is a conservative amount. I have seen that setup done before with no problems.

i was planning on trying to build a ported box at 42-44 hz with port plug ins that drop it to round 32-35 hz, out of mdf wood of course, prolly round 4.5cf total(shared compartment between the 2, thats after the displacements
