The Only speakers running off my Head Unit are my woofers in my rear backseat, and i want to give them more power by wiring them to my HU differently.

I was thinking about how i can bridge a 4 channel amp to just two speakers by connecting the negative speaker wire to a negative of one channel, and the positive speaker wire to the positive of the other channel. So since my HU is 50Wx4, i can do the same with the designated wires it has on the HU? Like in the picture but using HU as amp.

That amp does not have the RCA summing feature. You will have to use RCA splitters at the amp. If you already have that, then check the gains.

Bridging the amplifier Mono(LPF)on that sub will work just fine @4ohms

There are a couple of options. You can use a marine bt unit. They come in the size of a hockey puck and can mount anywhere. This is the marine unit.

There are bluetooth amplifiers. You can just use your phone or an I Pod as the music source and not touch the radio.
