My sub box is 14'' tall and I only have 15''of room between the floor and the magnet of my6x9's. Will the closeness of the sub magnets to the speaker magnets cause any issues?

yes. the bass could cause your 6x9's to blow. my buddy just lost one in his rear deck because of his type r's.

No it won't cause any problems, the magnetic field is pretty small. I also think it would be very hard to blow a speaker in the rear deck from subs, i'm pretty sure it is due to user negligence and cranking the bass on the hu and giving them shitty power, but thats just my opinion //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

Nah man, my box is huge as **** in my trunk and its got less than an inch between my 6x9's. And my L7's have a huge magnetic field, I can put the magent 2 and a half feet away from my PC screen and it'll start to turn colors and my 6x9's have been performing fine since febuary. Don't worry about it they'll be fine.
