I have read (i don't remember where though) that if you have 2 subs in the same chamber, not separated, that it will, overall, be at least 3 db's louder. can anybody back that up? also, i read that if you have 2 subs in the same chamber, and you place one inside the box facing out, and the other one outside the box facing in, and reverse the polarity on one of them, that it will sound clearer. can anybody back that up as well? thanks in advance.

I honestly couldn't tell you. I have never noticed a difference either way personally.

Nope, shouldn't make a difference. The sound coming from the front of the woofer is the same as the back just 180 degrees out of phase. The only thing you would gain is a tiny amount of airspace. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif
