well Yeah I know I should have used screws to put it together as Im doing it if I didnt have the clamps, but once I glue everthing together once I screw everything theres no way its coming apart, because the screws will hold it

Screws don't hold a box together, they act as mini clamps while the glue is drying.

Glue holds a box together...

well in that case after I glued everything I sat there holding it together to get a good seal, using my force, for a couple of minutes on each board, more time consuming but I dont have any clamps so...

You need to start over, and screw the box together as your assembling.

Im not trying to discourage you, but correctly fastening the box together is about 90% of building a box.

We are just trying to help you out, give you a few tips.

But adding screws after the glue has dried will not help.

At least, thats what I have read. Neither Chris or I know very much about building boxes anway.

hey you know what guys you guys will know more about audio then I probably ever will, and I definately know that you guys are only trying to help.

Give me a break, I have came a long way in learning about audio and sometimes people have to learn from their own mistakes. I now know next time the more importance of using a clamp, or screwing it together while gluing, but as of now, Id like to try it out and see how it turns out. Thanks for your input, ive always appreciated peoples insight.
