Yea it was a jig saw. Used a nice Bosch blade in it. Using a nice blade made a HUGE difference over the cheap blades I used to use...

Its 3/4" plexi.... The largest window I have done was like 24" x 12", and didnt have any problems with it.

You definitely get what you pay for when you buy the blades that cost a little more. This goes for all of them (jigsaw, table saw, radial arm, etc).

I got some more parts painted last night. I decided to paint everything that will be behind the brace prior to assembly. Took some pics, but left my camera at the shop. So tonight, you will get two days worth of updat pics.
