Great unit -- last year's model but the price is still right -- comparable model in stores (the 606) would run you $500.

Meh. The 606 is on sale for $399 free shipping at Crutchfield right now, and Onkyo Direct sold the 605 refurbed with warranty for $299 for quite some time.

But oh well.

its under manufacturers warranty and according to onkyo all you have to do is call and they will honor it.
