Both items BNIB...the speakers have never been opened but the box does have a little wear....the sirius tuner box has been opened by me just to see if the antenna was the same as the one i have installed in my rig. Nothing has ever even left the box.

i personally have the sir-alp1 installed in my truck and love it

i have also had the same door speakers installed in my old ranger and they sounded awesome
