Blown Amp

I blew my amp, it was blowing fuses as soon as it was turn on, so I took it apart. Once it was apart, there was a white sticky substance (similar to caulk) all over the board and housing, can anyone tell me what the substance is?

Your heatsink probably went "clap" "boom" and melted the glue.Its prolly Heatsink glue or in worst-case scenario, Anthrax. What kind of amp?
