All of their amplifiers are CEA-2006 compliant. This means their 4 ohm ratings are equivalent to another company's CEA-2006 compliant amplifier in terms of THD at a stable 14.4V input voltage. D1600.4 will make 300W RMS x 4 at 4 ohms. The amp will make more power at 2 ohms at the cost of efficiency and higher distortion. 400W is realistic for peak power, but not RMS continuous power.
