Best Sub 10 or 12 inch for $140

What is the best sub 12" or 10" (good combo of quality and boom) for 140 shipped? it doesn't have to be new, and cannot be a square shaped sub. It will be pushed by a Kicker DX700 Amp (mono channel, 2ohm=700watt rms). Thanks!
