Best place to purchase lto lithium cells?

Looks like buying a built-in ready lithium battery is way more expensive than building your own from these cells. Never built one before and not fully comfortable doing it but would like to. anyone with experience help a brother out wanting to do this install the right way with no voltage drop running about 5 k total daily music.
