What’s up? I got a AVH-120BT and for some reason it won’t let me play videos from the jumpdrive port. It will play music from the jumpdrive but not any videos. Videos are in mp4 format. Any ideas why?

Is the parking brake wire connected? It is designed to not play video while driving, so you have to have the parking brake on to watch video. If the wire is not connected or the parking brake is not on, no video playback.
