yeah ive seen those ugly square boy kickers at the comps and they do really well but i would never buy them.Rockford power hx2's look pretty kool.Audiobahn higher end subs are made with good material,kick ass magnets,look second 2 nobody,and they sell at good prices,and they have alot of 1 ohm capable subs which i need so thats why i'm gonna order the awp312x 12" model i hope it does what it looks it can do cuz i'm only buying one.//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif

hehehe 182? i fart that loud lmao back in the day (4 yrs ago) i used to have a 100 watt sound q car (cheater amps yes) with 2 15" idw 15's . the kids used to say "man that dont thump" cause way i set them was for sq. local show comes around everyone says they are doing 150.....guess what? majority of those cars/trucks were not even doing 144 while my "paper cone" subs were doin a 149.9 ....... i won all three catagories install sound q and spl lol. now you see audiobahn at db drags all claiming to be 160 + most did 145-152 now for the money they gettin better but how the heck these people make such bold statements? 3 db is an arshe whoopin 8 db isnt even funny............. but if you are doing 182.4 with that crap try idmax sub or kove or digital designs with a "real" amp then you be doin what 214? lmao

Ok for all of you that think you can hit over 180db with less than 8 subs are smoking too much crack. Team Mmats has hit around 175.7 unoffically and I believe currently holds the offical record. Chris Norris is hitting around 174 with 9 15" atomic Mice subs and 18 earthquake amps & no SPL measurements aren't legal if the mic is in the port. I only hit in the low 150's with a bd1000a1 and 3 12" 8800 series eclipse subs.

welp when i was at his house he was usin the skinny surround double backplated shockers with 6 earth quakes phd2 i do believe. box was big as hell and it had almost 50% vent displacement hehehe he argues with me but all this db drag stuff is just an applied physics problem ..................... he is very smart in stereo sense automotive sense he is prolly smarter plus he is a building machine. that is a wicked combo and i do also believe if he really wanted to and had the time he would be just as dominant as anyone has been at spl. now as far as inventive i dunno there but as far as tweeking and maximizing he is awesome he would in my opinion be unstoppable if he took physics lol. it also did a 169.5 at the local show i seen but when we was messin with it in his garage it was doin 170.5- 171 on his linear x. knowin chris he prolly killed a battery or 2 before the show lol
