What are people's opinion on Audiobahn subwoofers?

I am thinking about replacing my 12" MB QUART subs (only 225w each) with something with some more power. I have a 1600 watt amp, so i wanna take full advantage of my poewr.

Im looking at a PAIR of AUDIOBAHN AW-1251Q SUBS 700W each. THey are on ebay @ $99 for the pair. Not bad?

I need your opinions. Im not an expert, and I am on some what of a budget.. (250+ or -)
