As for me.I'am still undecided.I'am really trying hard to get the right subwoofers & amp for my 93"Ford Probe comp/daily install! So,that I can hang with the big Dogs :readytogo

Well thought id chime in, Im useing a Orion 250HCCA @ 1ohm on 3 JL w6's Sounds great to me and with plenty of power but like has been said it has alot to do with the box that the subs are in.

I use the MTX 81000d, 729 rms at 4 ohms, 1225 rms at 2 ohms...modded is a possibility for about 2000 rms at 1 ohm.

1000x1@4ohms

2000x1@2ohms

Modded to do these::

2500x1@1ohm

3000x1@.5ohms(stable)

This is my new amp i was using an RE 35.1d, 35x2@4ohm, 1200x1@2ohms, 1500x1@1ohm, 1800izh x 1@.5(not stable)
