Are my crossover/rw settings good?

Just installed a set of Ct sounds neo 6.5's and a set of sb acoustics sb26 tweeters in my Nissan Xterra. Mids down low in the doors and tweets up in the stock spot on the dash firing up at the windshield. They are running active with a 80prs HU and a PPi 900.4 amp. One channel per speaker. My crossover settings on the HU are: mids hpf @ 180hz, mids lpf @ 6khz. Tweeter hpf @ 5khz. All slopes set at 18db. And all levels set at "0". Using the the flat EQ setting. I purposely crossed everything kinda high in effort to help protect the speakers at high volumes. ( don't know if that's necessary)

They sound ******* good. To me. One of the first times I've been happy with my front stage. I like them a lot more than the silver flutes and lpg tweets I had before. I don't care about midbass just wanted loud and clean to keep up with 2 ssa's 12's in a 6 cube ported box and they do just that. Get very loud and clear all the way up to max HU volume.

Should I keep these setting? Anything I could improve upon? Thanks for opinions.

I'm glad you like them but you about 3000 hz to high on the mids if you want to get a good sound stage.

My Mids too can play as high as I would ever need but there are issues like dispersion patterns, phase, comb filtering etc. that you can't avoid..

i generally recommend a 6.5 crossed at 2500hz and the tweeter about 3000 or so with a 18db octave filter but ultimately you want to know where the mid and tweeter naturally roll of IN YOUR CAR so without taking measurements you really can't tell. you have your time alignment setup?

No I havnt set up time alignment. Can't figure out how to use it I will have to do some research. I tried your recommendations and didn't like how it sounded as much. I think my car is just weird, mids down by the floor and tweets Like 3 feet above them in the dash board. Or maybe I'm just weird and like how it sounds crossed at what I had haha.
