Anyone use a airbrush/mini compressor

I really don't know too much about them but I've heard that Paasche's are supposed to be good. I know when my dad used to to taxidermy that it what he used.

super easy stuff to do-

don't ever let anyone tell you painting is hard

just about anything will get you good results on small pieces etc.

I just did all the interior plastic pieces, and soem fiberglass work we did in a mustang with a similar set-up

ive been airbrushing for a little but but have limited knowledge. i started out with a lower end badger forget the number now its in the garage ad im at school. then i got a hold of another badger that let you reverse the barrel so its either suction or gravity fed. i would suggest buying a gravity gun it lets you do finer lines with less splatter and is a much more consitent spray. badger is a good beginer gun and they are relatively cheap and you can get parts for them at an AC moore or crafts stoor. i dont use a mini compressor so cant help ya there i use my 40 gallon compresser aand set the psi to like 25-60 depending on what i am doing and make sure you have a water trap

i dunno much about em or what psi you would need or if its even variable on compressors, but we do have one at work (Sears) thats always on sale every other week for $99. craftsman 3 gallon 1 hp 150max psi i believe. detail things i think ive seen for around 50.
