This will be my first time installing a system that i care about and i want to do it myself it has been a while since i have done it and i need some help does anyone have like a drawing or diagram of a system (radio to amp and also 2 -12" Subs) Also if you can also tell me how to use the remote to make a switch on the dash to shut of the amp whenneeded my friend in cali had done it but i am away from there now so i could use the advice?

welp if you have "done" this before just put a switch on the remote line from the deck....dont know why you would want too though..a good system sounds good at all levels so why just listen to highs?

In my city they have a very strict noise pollution law and with this switch I can turn off the amp when the police are around they ask you to turn up your radio when they pull you over at least in my expierence? I am 23 now and i was like 16 installing radios and systems but in a very ghetto way so i need help!!!

just put a switch on the remote line or better yet does your head unit have sub control? i would just leave your stereo turned off when they ask you to turn it up....take the face off and hide it they wanna get shitty about it what is their proof then? they need exact proof they cant just say... i have been threatened a time or two but they need measurements and so forth if you question it without their proof .....how can they fine u?
