Anyone familiar with tax breakdown

Ok im trying to find out about taxes on a weekly check. I am working about 60 hours a week and im trying to find info on the tax bracket for the percentage they hold out. For example if one bracket is 300-600 , I want to make as close to 600 without going over because once I go over I will be losing money in taxes. If anyone understands what im asking can you give me a hand?

That if for the entire year though right? Im looking for like a weekly tax bracket for my job. The one that determines how much they hold out of my check for the week.

really depends on how much you make specificly and how much you claim on your taxes. in my experience if you claim 1 you typiclally have around 15-20% held

They keep like 19.8%

Just take your amount before taxes and times it by .80 and that will be your bring home

SO no matter how much you make that week it is always 19.8

Also are overtime hours taxed more because it seems like when you work so much overtime you pretty much pay it all in taxes
