anyone familiar with banda brazillian amps?

I just bought a banda 4001 from a seller on ebay brand new in wrap. the issue is that I can get more volume out of my 500rms pioneer amp that's on my mids. the reason why is because it keep cutting out until I restart the car. and the gain is on 0. I put my other amp back in and it slam hard (xtr2500). do these amps want to stay at 13+ volts. if so I cant use it since my orion sometimes for a split second drop to 11.9 but shoot back up. But it never turn off
