Any thoughts on this amp for IDQ12" D4 v2

personally I would run something like a Kicker KX 400.1 over that, but they are underratted most of the time, and it will do close to 475 so that might be too much for the sub if your not careful, or maybe a kicker DX350 http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&category=18797&item=3094345077&rd=1

Thanks Denim. The kx400 and the mtx421d were my next choices. I have been leaning more towards the kicker.
