Any Size Subwoofer (8,10,12, 15) for >$65 shipped

Some of you know but im putting together a budget system for my friends car, i've got the wiring, hu, amp, all i need is a good-decent subwoofer to run well off of 250-300 watts (bridging an infinity 7451 w. 3 +4). Havent decided on box either. LMK what you have around my price range. Might be flexible depending on what it is. K thanks!

Orion built Hott set up 15 D4 (same specs as DVC xtr or cobalt). I could do for $65 shipped.

Or

Elemental designs 13K also D4 for the same.

Both are pretty efficient.
