use the sh1tty 500gb WD's for storage and get a vertex 2, 120gb for your OS. you will thank me later.

those WD's on their best day in raid 0 won't even touch half the speed of one good SSD.

I couldn't bring myself to drop the extra $150. I am definitely using this as a starter system to build on (as noticed by the case), and will probably spring for an SSD for boot and a velociraptor for actual storage. I also plan on going crossfire and water cooling, but that is in the distant future.

EDIT:I also heard that OCZ was having problems with their software not recognizing RAID0 with other drives or something along that nature. I hoping for this to be rectified when I start shopping.
