Another reason to let your box dry.

looks more like there would have been a huge leak without the silicon, and it spattered onto the sub.
is it all over the inside of the box?

Here's a few shots of the box. There are zero leaks in the box, its VERY air tight. The only silicone on the sub is stuck to the magnet only, not on the rest of the basket or underside of the cone, as you would see with splatter.

Yes, I realize the box is ugly as shit, but its going bye bye and it was completely sealed and performed admirably.
