An update on my fitness endevor :)

Another month is behind me and I wanted to give you all an update. Click the link to see my progress pictures.

Things are progressing nicely and I am happy to announce that as of May 1st I began a working relationship with SwoleCat, owner of Visual Xcellence. I have entrusted his knowledge and expertise to put some meat on my bones as well as get my body fat below 8%. I will be under his supervision for 90 days while performing his SGX program. I am very excited about this because summer is right around the corner and I want to be able to show off my pysique.

that is awesome man

i lost about 30 lbs lst year and i have gained about 20 of it back

I really need to lose it agian

I felt so much better 30lbs lighter
