Amp worked for years then suddenly blew up. Look at the fuse.

It’s a Rockford Power T600-4
It started smoking and popping out of nowhere and it’s dead.
Look at the picture of the 80amp fuse I attached. It wanted to melt but didn’t. What did i do wrong here? What happened?
