amp to power infinity reference

ok, so i have 3 infiniti reference 1032w's which is the 10 in model dual 4 ohm voice coils. i will wire them so there at 2.67 ohms, and max rms wattage i need for these three subs is 750 watts. so what kind of amp would be good to power them, a 800 watt amp? because if im coorec because of the extra .67 ohm it should b at like 730 watts or just get 700 what amp liek the kicker dx700.1 amp to power them and be giving them about 640 watts and be one the safe side??????
