Hey can you guys help me out.

I have...

- 6.5 Componant type R(176A) in the front

- 4" Type S 2way in the back

they are connected to an Alpine MRV-F340

i found this chart from RF:

Common Frequency Ranges for the crossovers

SUB BASS MID BASS MID RANGE TREBLE

20Hz-100Hz 100Hz-250Hz 250Hz-5kHz 5kHz-20kHz

which ones do i set them for my speakers?

im thinking the type r's will take a diff frequency, but i dunno?

please help

I also have an RF 1001bd connected to my Sub, what should the crossover be set to that one, and should i have my Subsonic filter on?

thanks i super appreciate it

well your sub will handle the sub bass (20-100)

the speakers in both of your speakers/sets will handle the mid bass and mid range(100-5k)

and the tweeters will handle the treble (5k-20k)

i think my comps are both hooked up to the same crossover thingy, so when i change the freq for the type R's the comp speakers will be the same as the tweeters
