Amp settings help

So, I got 2x Sundown audio E 15" DVC subs in a box tuned to 32hz, wired to 1Ohm a Sundown SFB 2000w amp. Is there a general setting subsonic, LPF ? or a way to set easily? Also about how my volts should I set gain?

Subsonic should be 2-3hz below box tuning. LPF around 80 on there or the head unit.

Use this as we've posted before easy to figure out with their calculators for the gain voltage settings and a multimeter using a 40hz test tone. Test tones are all over the place online. Steve Meade's website has them for download very easily.

Use the bottom one....2000 Watts....1 Ohm = voltage 44.72136

How do you accurately set subsonic? Isn't the knob labeled in the vaguest of ways, a high and low value?
Do you play a tone at desired frequency and adjust subsonic to right where it effects the sound output?
