Amp Recommendations for a 12" Type R?

If you are running sealed the jbl 300.1 is around that on soundomain i think. Plenty of other nice choices too. Give it around 300 to 500 watts rms and u will be ight

Im powering one 1241D in a sealed box with a Xtant 301a, I know its a little out of your pricerange, but you might be able to find one if you look around, its absolutely the cleanest bass I have ever heard.

for that money get a profile, i had the cl600m for that much at ikesound.com. it was 450 watts @ 2 ohms for my type R, I was happy with it..

I ordered an Alpine mrp-m350 for my type r, everybody I spoke to told me it was a perfect match for the 12" dvc 4ohm type r. It puts out 350 rms at 2ohm...perfect for the type r...I'm going to be completing the install on friday and Ill let you know how it sounds.
