ok we see what everyone thinks for subwoofers now how about the power behind them? what are the most powerful amps" what are the cleanest sounding amps? and what amps are just great over all ? i ll post what i think affter a few otheres give their thoughts

well i think you should take richard clarks amp challenge... you can take a good memphis..rockford..dei....zapco....jl...mtx...jbl...within same power range and with all things being equal and not broke....you would have a very hard time telling the difference between the amps..i know i am prolly gonna catch heat off this but in the "real world" and all factors equal none of these amps produce enough distortion in their given power ratings to be significant... in fact they even givin money away if you can be mister radar ears..but mind you if you fail...you will prolly be the brunt of many jokes..."told you so!!!"
