amp making buzzing/humming sound when first turned on

i have an MTX 5-channel amp that buzzes/hums when it is first turned on then after 5 or 6 minutes later it fades away. this is actually the second amp to do this, the first one started to do it about a week or so after it was installed and the buzzing sound never went away. still got over a year warranty on the amp but since this is the second MTX that's done this it's making me worried about reliability issues. i really like the amp but this *****! i also have a 1501D that i haven't installed yet and i'm worried about that too. any suggestions as to what's making the amps crap out?

Sounds like the same thing that my 1501's do when I turn them on. I have never noticed it on street banging amps on 12v's though. My 1501's do it at 18v's, its just the power supply buzzing, not a problem with the amp.

i went almost a year and a half before this started happening, i guess it'll be CC's problem if it keeps doing it.

Is the sound coming from the amp itself or through the speakers.??

form the speakers. not affected by the volume control either. goes completly away in about 10 minutes.
