amp making buzzing/humming sound when first turned on

i have an MTX 5-channel amp that buzzes/hums when it is first turned on then after 5 or 6 minutes later it fades away. this is actually the second amp to do this, the first one started to do it about a week or so after it was installed and the buzzing sound never went away. still got over a year warranty on the amp but since this is the second MTX that's done this it's making me worried about reliability issues. i really like the amp but this *****! i also have a 1501D that i haven't installed yet and i'm worried about that too. any suggestions as to what's making the amps crap out?

sorry...i thought i was in the amp section of the forum.

anyway, check the ground to your car, i had an amp do that and i checked the ground, it was a little loose.
