Amp for 4 12" MTX 8000?

I would recomend getting the MTX 81000D amp for your subs. It is a very reliable amp and relativery low cost. You might want to get two of them. They are pretty cheap on ebay, they go for around $375.

Good call Chris. If you are going to run with a T8100D. Then you are going to need two of them to run all four subs. That amp is only suppose to handle 2 four ohm subs. But that'll definately pound!!! If you want a cheaper way out. Go with two MTX T6500Ds. That'll work too. And if you need a good price on em...drop me an email...bobby_solis@hotmail.com

a look get u 2 bout 1000 watt amp and it will push the hell out of that ****! hola at yo boy form atl!

IF im not mistaken you can make 4 four ohm 12,s run a four ohm load by running them all in series. Or you can run two sets in series to run a two ohm load. _-o+_-o+_-o+_-o+_ the lower slashes represent the wire. This should be a four ohm load. With 4 four ohm drivers. _-o+_-o+_ / _-o+_-o+_ this would be a 2ohm load with 4 4ohm drivers to a mono channel.Good luck.

Stop going crazy just get two 1100d from Directed your ride should hammer.
