Alpine head w/ Sony cd changer

I have an Alpine head unit with an output for a cd changer. I want to buy a sony cd changer from my friend. Is there anyway I could use his changer with my hu? Do I have to buy an adaptor?

The Alpine Ai-Net cable and the Sony Unlink cable is one and the same but the operating systems and data system are completely different. In short the answer is no unless the Sony that your friend has is a FM modulated style changer, then it can be hooked up through the Alpine's radio section.
